Hi there, I’m Agnieszka Bułacik.
I bring people together through creative and transformative experiences. My work explores how art, learning, and deep listening can help individuals and communities heal, learn, and create change.
Whether through workshops, performances, or research, I focus on making complex social issues easier to understand and engage with. I collaborate with diverse partners to design spaces and experiences where people can reflect, connect, and take action.
I work to create spaces where people feel seen, valued, and connected.
Over the last fiveteen years I have been working as a facilitator, artist and researcher, at the intersection of learning, social and racial justice, art and ecology. This work has taken me to communities throughout Europe and the world. I weave the diverse experiences I have collected on my path. My work bridges creative practice, holistic learning, and community engagement, exploring how art can be a tool for healing, change, and transformative education. Through workshops, learning programs, performance, sonic experimentation, and participatory processes, I create spaces for deep listening, critical dialogue, and collective action
Born in Poland just before the fall of the Iron Curtain, I grew up in a time of deep transformation, often finding refuge in the forests near my grandma’s home. Navigating personal and social change — held by community and fueled by creativity — has shaped the questions I continue to explore.
My journey into interdisciplinary practice stems from a deep curiosity about the relationship between art, connection, and transformation. With a background in cultural studies, visual arts, and contemplative practice, I have collaborated with various collaborators and clients to explore how creative methodologies can support liberation and systemic change. My work is shaped by lived experience, ongoing research, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Grounded in queer feminist and decolonial perspectives, my work embraces interconnectedness, eco-somatic practices, and transformative collaboration to reimagine more just, liberated, and regenerative futures.
