Here are some of the learning programs that Agnieszka has co-designed and co-facilitated.

  • in collaboration with new visions, co-designed with Liene Jurgelane (2020 - Present)
    TAIGA is a holistic learning and empowerment program for women, non-binary, and trans individuals working in arts and culture in and from Eastern Europe. Rooted in queer-feminist and decolonial approaches, the program recognizes the central role of art and culture in social justice movements and their powerful impact on raising awareness and driving change.

  • in collaboration with Climate KIC, co-facilitated with Amaka Ohia-Nowak (01.2024 - 12.2024)

    A participatory (un)learning course for climate innovators, focused on building relational capacity and addressing power dynamics inherent in global work from a European perspective.

  • in collaboration with POMOC, cofacilitated with Amaka Ohia-Nowak and Jessica Lumanisha (09.2021 - 03.2022)

    A multi-week, online racial justice education and mentorship program designed for an ethnically diverse cohort of 16 Polish feminist community leaders based in the UK, Germany, and Poland.

  • in collaboration with new visions and Black Justice Poland (09.2023 - 02.2024)
    The first ethnically diverse space in Poland dedicated to an anti-racism education and development program, led predominantly by Black and Afro-Polish facilitators and conducted in the Polish language.

  • in collaboration with Prospera International Network of Women's Funds, co-facilitated with Mette Toft Nielsen (03.2024 - 10.2024)
    A political education and healing space for the European Chapter of feminist funds, addressing white supremacy culture and the inner-European racial dynamics between East and West, with a focus on applying intersectional feminism in practice.
